Does Wegner Buchanan handle failure to appear warrants?

If you do not appear at the court date specified on your ticket (and do not hire an attorney to appear for you), the court may issue a failure to appear warrant for your arrest. If you hire Wegner Buchanan, we will usually be able to have the warrant recalled. Depending on the court, recalling the warrant can take from 1 to 7 days. The court may require a bond in order to lift your warrant. A bond generally will not be required in most cases when you hire an attorney to handle your traffic ticket. After the warrant is recalled, we will represent you and attempt to negotiate an amendment of your traffic ticket.
