How the process works

1. To start the process either fill out the on-line form or call us at (314)726-6464.
2. If you fill out the on-line form, an attorney will call. If we agree to work on your case, we will include a quote for the attorney fee for services based on the information you provide. If we later discover that the charges against you are more complicated than originally presented, we may adjust the fee but only after consultation with you.
3. Pay the legal fee to hire us to begin work on your ticket. You will be able to pay your fee with a credit card. NO LEGAL SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED ON YOUR CASE UNTIL THE AGREED FEE IS PAID IN FULL AND WE ARE NOT YOUR ATTORNEYS UNTIL THE PAYMENT OF THE FEE HAS BEEN MADE.
4. We will take care of the paperwork and court appearances necessary to resolve your ticket. In most cases, you will not need to appear in court.
